Evening festivities during Bill Eckett seminar

Postby Julie Cramond » Tue 22 Jun 2004 2:08 pm

As darkness and weather conditions during the July seminar may not be conducive for outdoor evening get togethers the following have been organised:

Saturday night: Ellen Frances Hotel at Violet Town. Fantastic meals.

Sunday night: Benalla Bowling Club. I have been informed the meals are great.

The daylight hours will be completely filled with the seminar so the evenings will be the ideal time for informal discussions and socialising.

Those who are interested please PM, Email or add to thread, so I can pass on confirmed bookings.

If you do not wish to dine with the group, please do not worry, you are more than welcome to attend after 8pm.

Hi Julie,

Please count me in for both nights. The less I have to cook, the better! I can't speak for Wayne though....

Bet that's got you all wondering!!!!

After receiving a couple of telephone calls this morning, it reminded me to check the seminar list on people who have not replied to the dinner dates.

I noticed that I still have not managed to contact a few attendees. I need contact numbers for:

Lyn Wise

Norma Lacey

Jack Lynch

Hopefully they are already aware of the dinners, but I would be upset bringing up food and maybe tossing it away. The dogs may enjoy the feast especially if was prime meat though!!!!

Hi Julie,

I left a message for Lyn to ring last night so will ask her about the dinner and let you know.

Jack has replied that he and Christine will be attending, if need be I can give Norma a ring and let her know as well.

Cheers
