Can anyone please recommend a vet living in or visiting East Gippsland who is certified to issue eye test certificates?

Check with your own vet Barrie, as we don't have any veterinary opthamologists here either, but we do get visiting ones on a regular basis, down from Sydney, so perhaps there might be that situation in your area also?
