He didn't get his Championship title, having only 1 All Age win, but loads of placings along the way; he wasn't the ideally conformed Labrador, being tall with long legs; he did have a great personality and temperament; he did have heaps of drive and a big desire to do his part in retrieving; he could swim like a speedboat, with a big bow wave before him; his nose was brilliant and he was one of the best dogs at wounded game retrieves; he knew how to have fun and loved to play chasey with the other dogs; he was my loyal guard dog in the car or at home; he was a sook at home loving his cuddles and he always knew when someone had left something on their plate; he would smile at you when he was excited or when you said "cheese"; he was my big yellow labrador, Swaggy. My very first Labrador Retriever and we miss him so.
