I do not know if anyone else is interested but I found this link today, which explains a French retriever trial.

Julie,

Does this mean that your next retrieving holiday will be in France?

Alison,

I really only added the link for interest, as it fascinates me how our countries trian and trial their dogs.

BUT, on the otherhand I have been thinking about visiting my only sister who lives in the UK at the moment and is expecting twins in 7 weeks. France is a hop, skip and jump away!!! My sister would be real impressed -NOT - if I left her, in pursuit of anything related to labradors.
