QLD Championship up date ..

Postby Wendy Michalk » Tue 11 Aug 2015 9:37 am

As we get closer to the big event just a few things for people to consider . We look forward to catching up with the many entrants & people who are travelling to QLD ,be aware compared to South the weather promises to be relatively hot 23
& 24 degrees for the last few days. Nights are cooler but not ridiculous.

Ladies Day

On Tuesday 1st September 2015

Visit the Glass Studio of Jan De Matta a local artist in lead lighting.
She has 2 floors of beautiful items for sale, I visited there last December and it was really worth seeing and shopping.

Morning tea will be prepared by Jan at cost of $5.00 per head.
This is a great spread and I am sure would be enjoyed by all and worth much more than $5.
After morning tea and shopping time we would go on to
Amandine Lavender Farm at Bargara.
past that, maybe Fish & Chips on the beach at Bargara or lunch somewhere back in Bundy. To be decided by those who attend on the day.

Those who would like to car pool
the meeting point at Redbrook,9.30 am departure for a 10 am arrival.

Anyone who would like to join in this outing
Please RSVP to Pam Tyrie By Thursday 27th August for catering.

Hi Wendy,

Could you possibly give info on the number of dogs entered for your State Champs and the National this year please ? There used to be a comp on this site to pick 1st to 5th from the entries. Think it was scrapped a few years ago, but it would be good to get a list of the dogs entered & handlers too.

Thanks,
Kerry
