I read the final version of the 2005 rules last night. They include a number of important positive changes in the content along with significant improvements with the removal of out of date and irrelevant bits (like water tests etc) and in the overall presentation.

Thanks to everyone involved in the process of reviewing the rules and to the members of the national RAFT for having the foresight to make the changes.

From the point of view of an ACT trialler, I would particularly like to thank Bob Tawton for his efforts as the ACT rep in carrying forward our package of proposed amendments and for keeping the ACT triallers informed of progress throughout the review process. Much appreciated.
