I have several questions concerning the Australian Retriever Trials but I'll just ask two for the sake of simplicity.
1) What web site has all the rules, regulations and event results?
2) What breeds are allowed to run?

This site is the only one I know of that posts results by clicking onto the various States on the info panel.
Each State has its own Canine Control body from where you can purchase a copy of the rules and regulations of the ANKC for the conduct of Retrieving Trials and the trials are solely for any registered Gundog. You must be a member of a State's Canine Control/Council and your dog must be registered with them. You cannot compete with an unregistered dog.
