RULES REVIEWS

Postby Trevor Stevens » Mon 23 Oct 2017 3:07 pm

Most will be aware that reviews of rules for the following disciplines have been taking place in 2017.
Retrieving Ability Tests (RATG)
Field Trials for Utility Gundogs
Field Trials for Pointers and Setters
The process so far has been that states have been invited to make submissions. Now a review of those submissions takes place (within each state) and state delegates will then vote on the proposed changes at the July 2018 National RAFT meeting. A copy of the submissions that were made is available on the ANKC website and the following link should take you there. If you have any questions contact your delegates from your state RAFT Committee.

This is a reminder to those in NSW interested in RATG that the NSW RAFT has arranged a public meeting to discuss the RATG rule review submissions that have been made to ANKC. They are on the ANKC website and a link has been provided above, by Trevor.

The meeting will be held on Saturday 10 February 2018 at 1pm at Dogs NSW, Orchard Hills, in the German Shepherd Dog League Building. This was advertised in the Gazette section of the Dogs NSW Journal in the November 2017 edition. (Please note that it was also advertised in the Dogs NSW Gazette in September 2017 to be held in the Gordon Douglas building, but this building has now been demolished).

For those Dogs NSW members who are unable to attend the meeting and would like to contribute please contact Dogs NSW RAFT member Jenni Duncan at email jennifer.duncan95@gmail.com
