Passing of Val Griffin

I received an email tonight from Christine Cunningham advising that Val Griffin passed away on Friday night after a long illness. I understand that Val and her husband Ken have been stalwarts of The Gun Dog Society of NSW for decades. Ken is the chair of the organising committee for the 2005 National Retrieving Trial.

Our thoughts go out to Ken and his family at this sad time.

Val's funeral is at 11.30am on Friday 2 July at Pine Grove Memorial Park, Great Western Hwy, Eastern Creek.
