Motel halfway between Melbourne and Marulan?

I am travelling to NSW this weekend.

For all those interstate trialers who frequently travel between Melbourne and Sydney, where is a good place to stop overnight to break up the trip? One that accepts dogs who will be sleeping in my vehicle.

Most will allow dogs to sleep in vehicles. The issue is often how noisy the hotel is with the trucks driving up the hume each night. Great place is the Tarcutta half way motel/ $55 per night cash they also acccept horses!!! its on the right hand side at the far end of town when you are travelling from Melb.
