It is with great sadness that I inform everyone Leanne's Zach passed away on Monday evening.

Zach was 16 ½ years of age.
Zach never gave less than 100% in anything he did.

Among many successes
He won an All-Age retrieving trial
Won highest scoring dog in trial at the Lab club champ show and went runner up in group at a championship show.

As well as enjoying hunting rabbits and ducks.

We will all miss his visits to Teal Point (especially Lewis)

Leanne,

Jim, Jacqui and I are very sorry to hear of the passing of Zach. He and Bundy had some great competitions between them when we first started out in Novice.

We know that the time is also coming close for us with Bundy.

Just remember all the great times that you had and he is now over the Rainbow Bridge with his friends.

Dear Leanne,

Pam and I thought we had a great innings with Mac, who was 131/2 when he went, but 161/2 years for Zach is fantastic. I'm sure you will remember the great times, cherish them! Pam and my thoughts are with you!

Wow! Leanne. 16 1/2 years is a pretty good achievement. I wonder when I come back next time, I can come back as one of your dogs. Zach will obviously be sadly missed. Mary and I send our deepest sympathy.

Leanne,

Sorry to hear you have lost Zach. What an innings, but all great innings must come to an end. So here's to a great one.

Thanks everyone for your kind thoughts. After 16-1/2 years it seems like an era is over.

Julie, why oh why did you have to mention Rainbow Bridge? I have to get some work done!!
