Utility Gundog Working Test - 11 October 2009

The GSP Club of Victoria in conjunction with the Weimeraner Club are conducting a Utility Gundog Novice Working Test on Sunday 11th October in the Strathewan area.

Judges: Conformation: Ms B Watt Retrieving: Mr B Kavanagh
Obedience: Mrs N Mcllroy Trail Scenting: Mr D Blacker
Field: Mr M Park
Entry Fee $20

Entries to: Trial Secretary, Mrs V Thomas, 17 Richards Road, Nar Nar Goon, Victoria 3812 by 1st October.

Pass Certificates towards the title of Utility Gundog (as defined by the ANKC) will be presented at the completion of the day - dogs must achieve a pass in each discipline.

Hi Prue,
With the Retrieving Nationals now past I was just wondering how the first ever official UGWT went ?
Did anyone manage a pass in all disiplines ?

Unfortunately for various reasons it was cancelled - there was an issue around the titles which hopefully has now been sorted and the fact that we only had about 4 dogs which was not enough to ask the judges to turn out for. Incidentally they are Utility Gundog Ability Tests not 'working' tests.
