The Retrieving Club conducted their first Novice & Restricted stake for 2009 on the upper reaches of the Swan River on what turned out to be a very hot and humid day. Keeping the dogs cool was a priority, and I think many people may have been tempted to take a dip in the river pools to cool off, as well. The results of the trials are as follows.
