Entry Fee $35 per dog (inc GST) to be made in favour of Dogs West orThe Canine Assoc. of WA (Inc)
For acknowledgement of receipt of entry, please enclose a stamped self addressed envelope

Vetting 7.30-8.00 am each day
The Draw will be conducted at The Woodbridge Hotel Guildford on Wed.9th Sept .at approx 8pm All are welcome
Trophies: Trophies and Sashes will be presented to 1st-4th places
A full trophy list will be printed in the catalogue

Eligability: The trial is confined to registered gundogs that have been placed first in a Restricted Stake or first ,second or third in an All Age Stake. Dogs that do not hold the title of Retrieving Trial Champion or Restricted Retrieving Dog must provide details of atleast one qualifying placing.

Rules and Conditions:The trial will be conducted under theRules for the conduct of Retrieving Trials as approved by the ANKC (01/01/2005) and the Rules of the Canine Assoc of WA (Inc) Dogswest.

Catering : Refreshments available both days from the caravan/kitchen courtesy of S & K Kitchens
An informal evening meal will be held on Saturday evening at a venue to be advised, All are welcome to attend please advise the secretary beforehand for catering numbers.

Camping is permitted on the site from Friday 18th Sept. after midday.


Conditions of Entry:The committee reserve the right to contract a reserve Judge if necessary. The trial venues are private property and must not be revisited at any time after the trial.
Bitches in oestrum may not compete but may be on the property but not in the vicinity of the runs
