CAMPING AVAILABLE ON TRIAL SITE AS DIRECTED, AND NOT BEFORE FRIDAY 12 NOON ON FRIDAY 12th AUGUST 2005


General Conditions: The only person permitted to handle exhibits at any exhibition conducted by an affiliate of the SA Canine Association are:-
1.Members of the Association.
2.Members of the Controlling bodies in the State or Territory in which the person domiciled.


All dogs must be purebred Gundogs and be registered with the SACA or Registered Body. All trials will be conducted in accordance with the ANKC Retrieving and Field Trials rules and regulations. A copy of these rules will be available at the fixture. The club reserves the right to change the Judge should this be necessary.

No competitors or spectators are permitted to return to the trial grounds after the trial. Gun Licence/Shooter Licence details are required on all entry forms. The Committee reserves the right to remove any competitor or spectator by law or other means, from the Trial area or campsite, who is clearly disruptive to the Members and/or participants of the Trial.

IT IS A CONDITION OF ENTRY THAT YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO STEWARD AT THIS TRIAL, AND THAT NO COMPETITOR IS PERMITTED ON THIS TRIAL SITE FOR 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE RUNNING OF THE TRIAL WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF THE TRIAL MANAGER.
CAMPING IS PERMITTED FROM FRIDAY 12 NOON PRIOR TO THE RUNNING OF THE FIRST STAKE. TRIAL MANAGERS AND JUDGES EXCEPTED.

Any protests shall immediately be lodged (in writing) with the Trial Manager or Trial Secretary, accompanied by a $25 deposit which will be refunded unless Members of the Retrieving Committee deem the protest frivolous in which case the deposit will be retained.
