WHELPING BOX
Posted: Wed 18 Jan 2012 11:37 amI have for sale a whelping box suitable for a large dog. We made two boxes for the two litters and are keeping one only.
This box is made of melamine and is 1.2 m square. The sides are 60 cm high and the front is 40 cm high and hinged halfway across so it can be lowered for access for the bitch and for puppies to get in and out when bigger.
There is a melamine floor (in two pieces) included, and a crush rail (in pine). The box is easily demounted for storage and moving.
Only used for one litter in November/December 2011. The whole box still weighs a fair bit for posting to other states and I would need to get a quote for handling and postage on it.
