Springer Spaniel Pups - Brandybrook Working Dogs
Posted: Sun 10 Apr 2022 10:18 pmWe are a small kennel located in South Australia that is undertaking limited breeding for field work, search & rescue and detection.
We have a litter of 7 puppies, 4 males and 3 females born on the 12/3/22.
Sire: Wentlooge Fat Tony - Floki (Sire: Rosstulla Hyweldda - aka Raffles, Dam: Glastonpark Tina)
Dam: Chesneypark Milligan Magic - Bonnie (Sire: Buccleuch Kelsey - UK, Dam: Hunstrete Lucky)
Both bloodlines have significant field trial talent from WGAA, UK and NZ backgrounds and both parents have working credentials.
Floki is currently a certified Search & Rescue Dog with extensive experience in both Disaster and Land Search.
Bonnie (prior to her litter) was involved with the Australian COVID-19 Detector Dog project as a remote sampling detector dog working in both clinical and operational settings. Bonnie will return to work within medical detection roles.
The Grand-sire Raffles was a well respected multiple WGAA Field Trial Champion and his son Floki has displayed similar working traits and courageousness within his role as a search and rescue dog earning him the nickname "The Little Dozer".
The litter is expected to produce drivey dogs that will be suitable for both field work, trials and also detection.
Pups are raised within a family and farm setting and will be well socialised with people, household and farm noises, pets and farm animals etc. Emphasis will be placed in the development of sound environmental, scenting and retrieving traits.
