Vetting: 7.00am to 7.30am.
All contestants to meet at Peter & Jacky Duffys home; 50 Blue Pacific Rd. Deception Bay
At the conclusion of vetting we will leave in convoy to the trial site.
Judging Commences at approximately 8.30am

Conditions of entry: This Championship will consist of six runs and is open to any registered Gundog which has previously been placed first in a Restricted Stake, or has been placed first, second or third in an All Age Stake. Dogs other than Retrieving Trial Champions must state eligibility with entry.
Exhibitors must be financial members of the Dogs Qld or another controlling body recognized by the Dogs Qld.
Separate entry form required for each dog.
All dogs on the site must be vetted. Bitches in Oestrum will not be permitted on the trial site.

The order of running will be determined by public draw at an official function on Friday 3rd August 2012 at (TBA) commencing at 6.30 for dinner ($15 per person) followed by the draw at approximately 8.00pm.
Saturday evening Dinner will NOT be available
Do not send money for meals - payment to be made Friday night at the dinner ;However please indicate with entries intention to attend & number of persons for catering purposes.
($35 to cover all catering ,Dinner Friday night & morning tea & lunch over 2 days.) alternately $15.00 for dinner Friday night. Caters (Local Church group) have kept prices low & asked for this form of payment to save handling money all weekend .
BYO ALCOHOL
Trophies: Trophy & Sash – First, Second, Third, Fourth & Fifth places.
A full trophy list will be printed in the catalogue. Presentation of trophies following the conclusion of the Championship at Duffy's home address as above – light refreshments will be provided.


GENERAL INFORMATION:
Trial Site Catering: Competitors please note that Morning tea and lunches will be available (Covered by blanket payment Friday night ).Coffee & Tea Available ,Salad rolls Snacks etc visitors can pay on day

ACCOMMODATION:
Camping will be available at Duffy's ,their home is on a 5 acre fenced block with adequate areas to exercise your dogs .
