Catering at the WGC Branxton trial

Please note that there will not be the usual lunchtime catering out in the field BUT there will be a 3-course Barbecue meal on the Saturday night. Your meat will be provided along with a hearty soup. Can you assist by bringing a salad OR a sweet/dessert? We’d be grateful if you indicate what you are bringing so we have a variety. You will need your own crockery and cutlery. Cost will be $12 per head. It would be really appreciated if you can indicate at the time of your entry that will be participating so that we don't over-cater.
Please ring Sharyn on 4934 2426 OR
ring or email Mary OR
include a sticky note with your entry form

In the late afternoon, prior to the barbecue, a Clay Target Session will also occur for all those interested.

There will be bacon and egg sandwiches available before vetting for a cost of $2.00 on Saturday and Sunday. (Pay on the day).

Thanks so much.
Mary
