For acknowledgement of receipt of entry please enclose stamped, self addressed envelope.
Vet Inspection: 7.30 - 8 am each day. ALL dogs on trial site must not be removed from vehicles until called for veterinary inspection.
Bitches in oestrum shall not be permitted to compete but may be on the property but not in the vicinity of the trial site or the area of runs.
Except when competing or in the designated area, dogs must be kept on leads at all times, securely held or tethered. Note: No dogs allowed in the gallery

ELIGIBILITY: The trial in confined to registered Gundgos that have been placed first in a Restricted Stake or first, second or third in an All Age stake. Dogs which do not hold the title of Retrieving Trial Champion or Restricted Retrieving Dog must provide details of at least one qualifying placing.

THE DRAW: The draw for the running order in the trial will be conducted on Wednesday 7th August 2013 at approximately 8.00 pm at the Woodbridge Hotel, Guildford. Come along and have a meal before the draw.

CATERING: During the trial the usual refreshments will be available from the caravan/kitchen, courtesy of S & K Kitchens.

TRIAL DINNER: A Saturday night dinner has been arranged at Uncle Vinnies Italian Restaurant, Toodyay. Please advise numbers with your entry, if you wish to join in.

ACCOMMODATION: Can be sourced in the Toodyay and Northam areas

RULES AND CONDITIONS: The trial will be conducted under the Rules for the Conduct of Retrieving Trials for Gundogs as approved by the Australian National Kennel Council (effective 01.01.2010) and the Rules of the Canine Association of W.A. (Inc).
Private properties used for trials by kind permission of the owners must not be revisited at any time, nor should the owner be approached re access without the prior permission of the property nominee.
The committee reserves the right to change the judge should it become necessary.

DIRECTIONS: From Midland travel along Great Eastern Highway to Clackline. Turn right into Spencers Brook Road at Clackline and travel approximately 16km to Spencers Brook. After crossing the Avon River continue about 1 km and turn left into a gravel track (just after the 2nd house on the left). Cross the railway lines, through the gate and into the paddock. Stay on the firebreak as the paddock is very corrugated and drive around to the gate access to the river near the powerlines. Approximately 80 km (1 hour) from Midland.
