Guy
When there are fixtures scheduled for the same weekend, the two days are considered as separate trials and you need to send two entry forms, one for Saturday and one for Sunday. If the two days are being run by different Clubs, you will need to send the entries to different people as the Clubs do their own administration.
If both days are being run by the same Club, you should still send two forms but this time they would both go to the same person (Club).
In the case in point, you send the Saturday form to the GSP Club and the Sunday form to the Brittany Club, so if you are only going one day, just send the one form to the Club organising on the day
Hope that answers your question.
