The Retrieving Club of W.A. held its final All Age stake for the year at Spencer's Brook. After heavy rain and cold, windy conditions the day before, and more forecast for Sunday, we were all pleasantly surprised to have a clear and sunny day for this trial. Thank you to the judge Ray Johnson, and Ellie Johnson, for braving the terrible conditions on Saturday to set the trial. As always we couldn't do without our regular helpers who come along purely to work at the trial, and once again our thanks go to Dennis Graham, Anne Cameron and also Brett Davidson (a cocker owner & field trial competitor), who has worked at two of our trials. To Colin, who brought the guns and Mike who got the birds, our thanks also.
