Hi All

Just a reminder that entries close on 7th April for the Labrador Retriever Club NSW April Retrieving Trial.

We are celebrating our 60th Anniversary: In addition to the 60th Anniversary trophies for highest scoring Novice, Restricted, and All Age dogs over the two days, we will have special 60th Anniversary sashes on both days.

A reminder that the club is now accepting online entries at ozentries.com.au. Of course paper entries are welcome as well.

Contact me if you have any questions. Contact details are on the schedule above.

Cheers

We now have another trophy to celebrate the Labrador Clubs 60th Anniversary.

We will have a special trophy for the highest scoring Labrador Retriever over the two days of trialling.

This is in addition to the Special 60th Anniversary trophies for highest scoring dogs over two days in Novice, Restricted and All Age, plus the 60th Anniversary sashes.

Cheers

I've had a few phone calls today from people still wanting to enter the Labrador Club NSW trial on 29th and 30th April 2017. So, of course they can and we will keep the entries open as long as we can. You can still enter on Ozentries or post an entry, but please get it to me by Thursday 13th April so that we can do the draw on 17th April. This is right in the middle of the Easter holidays so need to be aware of postal limitations.

Please let me know by email phone or text that you are sending an entry so that I can keep an eye out for your entry.

Cheers

Additional Judge: Due to a large number of entries Mr Paul Hamson will now judge the Restricted stake on Sunday 30 April 2017 instead of Mr Ron Cooper so that Ron can concentrate on All Age on that date. Many thanks to Paul for helping out.

Most people have the directions to the trial site, but I will add the following details in case handlers or spectators have missed them. The trial will be held on a property called "Liddleton" on Jenolan Caves road at Hartley NSW. From the Great Western Highway at Hartley NSW (between Lithgow and Mt Victoria) turn into Jenolan Caves Road. Travel 3.8km and the entrance to the property is on the left. The entrance is a white gate and white fence, and the sign "Liddleton" will be seen. Watch also for club signs at the gate.

If coming from Hampton (the opposite direction) the entrance will be on the right with the same details above, just past Austin Mining Company.

Please remember that this is PRIVATE PROPERTY and treat the area with the respect that we triallers should always do.

Vetting and camping will be at the woolshed, which can be seen as you drive into the property, plus there will be more club signs.

Entrance to the property is from midday Friday 28th April with exit by midday Monday 1 May 2017. We will request a payment of $5 per night for use of power which will be given to the property manager to offset costs.

Let me know if you need any further details.

Cheers

Good luck to the organisers and competitors for a successful trial.
Sorry I can't be there as my girl is in season.
My weekend will be spent at a dog show with my young girl....BORING!!
I know where I'd rather be.
