RETRIEVING AUSTRALIA FORUM

Yesterday the Retrieving Club of WA held their Novice and Restricted trials at a property in Gidgegannup, many thanks to the property owners for allowing us access and to Ray Johnson for getting the permission for the club to use it.

Huge thank you to the judge Ray Johnson, Chief Steward Eleanor Johnson and our field stewards - George Jones, George Joyce, Hennie Swanepoel, Nikki Mendes, Mike McClure and Ellice Shepherd.

Novice Results: 9 Entered, 3 Scratched and 5 Finished.
1st -Sharp Shooters Go For Broke (GSPD) handles by Ryan Burke on 185 points. Terrific effort for their first retrieving trial.
2nd - Ellishea Rips Stormgirl (AI) (GRB) handled by Heather Ellis on 169 points.
3rd - Blackboy Goast Rider (AI) (LRD) handled by Mike McClure on 160 points. Run off between 3rd & 4th place.
4rd - CH Korskote Treasure Trove (GWPB) handled by Anthony Mercieca on 160 points.

Restricted Results: 13 Entered, 3 Scratched and 5 Finished.
1st - Brigodee Roll The Dice (LRD) handled by Kerry Webster on 174 points. This win gives Dice his NRD title, congratulations Kerry and Dice.
2nd - Bodhran Miss Daisy (CSB) handled by Ian Molyneux on 159 points.
3rd - Brigodee Diamonds Boy (LRD) handles by Terry Little on 157 points.
