Online entries and online purchasing of raffle tickets, merchandise, State & National draw dinner bookings and trial lunch packs (sandwich/roll, cake, fruit & drink) are now available on ShowManager. Trial lunch packs are for competitors or spectators who may have limited access to facilities for preparing lunch for the days of the trials. All of these must be ordered and paid for in advance. This can be online or with paper entries and payment.

Links to all of these - events (trials entries) and activities (raffle tickets, merchandise, dinner bookings and lunch packs) can be best accessed at https://www.showmanager.com.au/events/C ... tails/2398

CHAMPIONSHIP RAFFLE TICKETS!!!

This year there will be a "Double Draw" Raffle with tickets being drawn at both the State and National Draw dinners. All tickets sold will be included in both draws, meaning those people who buy their tickets early get double chances at winning.

Major prizes for EACH draw will include $100 worth of Bunnings gift card; a number of $50 Bunnings gift cards; leather slip leads; Orivet vouchers valued at $175; and Gundog Estate wines.
There will also be a variety of prizes for each raffle draw (including a donated item from Sporting Outback Supplies). If you would like to donate a prize for the table they will be gratefully accepted.
Tickets will be drawn until all prizes on the raffle table at each dinner are won.

If your ticket is drawn but you aren't there in person, you will have a prize chosen on your behalf.

To give as many people as possible the opportunity to participate in the raffle, tickets are available for purchase on ShowManager in the same quantities as paper tickets. Tickets can also be purchased with paper entries, or at retrieving trials between now and the Championships.

Ticket costs are $2 per ticket, $5 for 3 tickets or $20 for a book of 15 tickets.

Online tickets can be purchased at https://www.showmanager.com.au/events/C ... tails/2398

IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING STATE AND NATIONAL DRAW DINNERS

Due to venue requirements for the advertised State and National Draw Dinners, the committee had to make a decision to change the venues and type of dinners to be held for both trial draws.

These dinners will be changed to "pay on the night" dinners and will be less formal than the dinners that were originally advertised. Final confirmation of dates, venues, costs and type of dinners will be advised as soon as these details are finalised, which should be within the coming week.

Those people who have purchased draw dinners will have refunds processed, either via ShowManager (for those people who paid online) or by cheque to those people who paid via other methods.
