Due to ground saturation from consistent rains affecting the Lower Hunter region it has become necessary to move the trial from the Singleton area to Middle Brook near Scone in the Upper Hunter. We have been fortunate to secure a number of new properties that have not previously been used for this trial and are certain that the use of these along with comfortable lodge style accommodation options below should allow for an entertaining and social weekend of competition.

If you have entered, but this change now causes difficulties for you, please contact Alison Menil on 0425 302 969 Email: alisonmenil@bigpond.com to cancel and refund your entries.

Directions to the accommodation:
Middlebrook Station
Lodge style accommodation
1039 Middlebrook Rd, Middle Brook NSW 2337

DIRECTIONS To Middebrook Station travelling from Sydney/Newcastle
Head to the New England Highway (A15)
From Sydney, take the Hunter Expressway (M15) off the M1 for the fastest route.
From Newcastle, New England Highway via Maitland to Branxton may be a better option.
Stay on the New England Highway. Upon reaching Scone, stay in the right lane to continue on the Scone bypass.
After about 2kms you will travel across a flyover bridge, then turn right into St Aubins Street, then right again into Aberdeen Street, then right again into Liverpool Street (heading towards Merriwa).
Travel Liverpool Street for 800 metres until you cross Kingdon Ponds bridge. At the roundabout turn right into Middlebrook Road. Drive precisely 9 kilometres. The gate to Middlebrook Station will be on your left.
If you pass a yellow airstrip windsock you have gone about 300 metres too far..

DIRECTIONS Southbound on the New England Highway (A15)
Approaching Parkdale, at Wingen turn right onto Cressfield Road and follow it for aprox 7.2 kilometres. Care: there are two creek causeway crossings on this road.
Turn left at Middlebrook Road and travel 5.2 kilometres. You will cross two cattle grids. When you see a yellow airstrip windsock the gate should be about 300 metres away on your right hand side.
