RETRIEVING AUSTRALIA FORUM

The Gundog Club of WA held Novice stake and Restricted stakes on Sunday 29 May 2022 on a beautiful private property near Gidgegannup, which has an abundance of water and a good mixture of cover at this time of year. Our thanks to Kerry Webster for obtaining permission to use the property. The day started cool, calm and sunny but a strong chilly breeze picked up mid-morning making some throws a bit challenging for the stewards. Our judge made great use of this wonderful property, expanding into some new areas to test the dogs. A healthy number of Novice and Restricted dogs entered the trial but unfortunately several were withdraw before the day.

This win qualifies Ian & Ollie for their RRD title (subject to Dogs West approval)
