RCWA All Age Stake June 12th, 2022
Posted: Fri 17 Jun 2022 1:33 pmThe RCWA held an all age stake at a site in Spencer's Brook. We lost this site for a few years, but negotiation by Ray Johnson with the new owner, has brought this lovely property back into use. Thank you Ray. the following is from Heather Ellis.
RCWA ALL AGE TRIAL
The Retrieving Club of WA held an All Age Trial on Sunday 12th June at Spencer's Brook. So lovely to be back on this property thanks to Ray Johnsons tenacity and the generosityof the new property owner who came and watched 2 runs! A beautiful property and we had fine weather if a bit windy right up until the 3rd run when the heavens opened and reminded us IT IS WINTER!
Sincere thanks to Allan Bartram for his efforts as Chief Steward and to our other stewards Lyn Wise, George Jones, Alan Edmonds, Adam Deasey and as always the wonderful Dennis Graham. Thanks to everyone who fetched and carried....makes life so much easier!
There was some excellent dog work throughout the trial.
