Labrador Ret. Club W.A. Novice & Restricted results 17.5.09

The Labrador Retriever Club held their first Novice and Restricted trial for the year at Brookleigh Equestrian Centre. Again, a very warm day (we are getting very tired of this weather and desperately want some rain). With the lack of rain our options for trial sites are restricted and the Swan river at Upper Swan still has good pools of water, so unfortunately this area has been used more times than is usual this year. Judge for the day Ellie Johnson put on some challenging runs for both the stakes using the rough terrain to add to the difficulty. Results are as follows:

1st: Truclass The Whizkid (AI) (Labrador Bitch) Kerry Webster 141 pnts

2nd: Pointgold Abit Ova Devil (Golden Dog) Allan Bartram 140 points

3rd: Mhadaidh Dare To B Special (Golden Bitch) Gary Papamarkos 131 points

Fourth went to two dogs, Dindigold Miss Attitude and Ironbark Stop Press (Cheryl Hargreaves) with 95 pnts


Restricted Stake:

1st: Truclass The WhizKid (AI) (Labrador Bitch) Kerry Webster 136 points

2nd: Mhadaidh Especially Hot CD NRD (Golden Bitch) Kerry Webster 120 points

3rd: Wauchope Jaswinder NRD (GSP Bitch) Martyn Dickson 119 points

Fourth went to Reveirter Cup Ethereal (Judy Pannett) with 118 points

At only her 3rd Restricted trial Whiz achieves her NRD with this win, and, a double header to boot.
