W.A. Gundog Club All Age Results 7/6/09

The Gundog Club held their first event for the year at Katrine Road, Northam, on farmland on the Avon River. It was very evident to trialers that the state is in a drought, as the usually flowing river was nothing but a few pools and finding swimming depth water was a major task. A fine day for the trial and with three dogs scratched the eventual number of starters was thirteen. Machete Mike lived up to his name by eliminating seven dogs on the first run, and a further two during the course of the remainder of the trial, leaving only four dogs to finish.
