Dinner at the Easter Trial

Hi All,

The entries have started coming in for Easter and I have asked that trialers let me know if they will be attending the dinner Saturday evening.

The dinner has a capacity for catering and it is imperative that you let me know at the time of entry whether or not you will be attending. I have already been contacted by trialers who have forgotten so PLEASE LET ME KNOW WITH YOUR ENTRIES. If you are unsure as to whether you have advised your attendance I can be contact via email or 03 9379 8783.

NUMBERS HAVE TO BE CONFIRMED PRIOR TO EASTER SO LEAVING IT UNTIL YOU GET TO THE TRIAL WILL NOT BE SUFFICIENT.
