VCA SURCHARGE: Levy $1.60 per entry. (Included in Entry Fee)
EQUIPMENT FEES: Novice $5.50, Restricted $8.50, All Age $10.50. (Included in Entry Fee)

PLEASE NOTE: NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED
VETTING TIME: 07.30 a.m. - 07.45 a.m. START TIME: 08.00 a.m.
TROPHY LIST: Sash & Trophy will be presented to all placegetters to third place.
Bambillay Cup and Fort Wrangham Trophy: both these aggregate trophies will be presented at this trial for the highest scoring All Age Dog and highest scoring Novice Dog over the two days.

DRAW: At Trial Secretary's residence, 8.00 p.m., Sunday 22th May 2011
QUALIFICATIONS:
A "NOVICE STAKE" is a stake confined to Gundogs that have not won any stake other than one (1) Novice Stake, Puppy Stake and Beginners' Tests excluded.
A "RESTRICTED STAKE" is a stake confined to Gundogs that have not won three (3) Restricted Stakes or an All Age Stake or been placed first or second in a Championship Stake.
An "ALL AGE STAKE" is a stake confined to Gundogs that have won a Novice or have been placed first, second or third in a Restricted Stake.
SHOOTERS LICENCE: At all Retrieving & Field Trials conducted in Victoria, a competitor MUST produce a current shooters licence at vetting, or they WILL NOT be permitted to compete at the trial.
TRIAL VENUES: Properties used for Trials are private properties and MUST NOT be revisited after the trial.
Entry for the Trial is subject to this condition.

There will be NO CATERING at this trial

Venue for the trial is Bonnie Doon, camping at the Hall in Ancona Road.
Directions: Turn left off Maroondah highway down Ancona road. approx. 6 Kms Melbourne side of Bonnie Doon.

The Hall is on the left about 2.5 - 3 Kms down Ancona Road. Camping in the paddock next to the hall.

A $10.00 amenities fee will be charged to pay for the hire of the hall and toilet facilities for each competitor.

The club appreciates your support in helping pay for the amenities provided.

Catering - No catering facilities will be available so please take your own lunch and drinks.
BBQ facilities and access to the hall is available for a communal dinner on Saturday night. BYO meat and salads and we can enjoy the comfort of the Hall and a fire outside on Saturday night.

All assistance over the weekend will be greatly appreciated.

Just a reminder that at this trial we will also be awarding the Bambillay Cup for the best aggregate All Age dog over two days and the Fort Wrangham Trophy for the best Novice aggregate dog over two days.
