Affiliated with the South Australian Canine Association Inc. is conducting a
RETRIEVING TRIAL FOR GUNDOGS
at Willunga, SA.
Sunday 6th May 2012

Sun 6.5.12 Novice Stake Graeme Allen (SA) 10.30 am not before 11 am
(The Club reserves the right to engage a Reserve Judge if necessary)
Entry Fees: Members Non-members
Novice $12 $15 (includes catalogue)
Annual Membership: Single $15.00; Double $20.00 for 2 partners (extra partner $10.00 each);
Pensioner — Age/Invalid $10.00; Junior $5.00. Financial Year: 1st November – 31st October
See attached Membership Form [please complete and send if joining/re-joining, but include in one cheque
with entries; no need to post separately to the Treasurer]

below or posted, with required fee, cheques made out to Gundog Club of SA Inc:

Email: lynnew@adam.com.au We will take entries by email. Scan 1 copy of your filled in entry
form. Transfer your entry fee to the Gundog Club of SA Inc bank account BSB: 105152 Account
No: 567097740 with your name as the reference. When you email the entry form also email the
receipt of transfer of money to the Gundog Club account.
We will still take entries by post for anyone who still wishes to enter that way.
Please include an email address on your entry (or a ssae if no email and you require a receipt or directions)
Prizes awarded - Cash and Sash:
Stake 1st 2nd 3rd
Novice $15 $10 $5
Sashes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd placing.
No catering
Camping is not permitted on the Property
General conditions:
1. The only person permitted to handle exhibits at any exhibition conducted by an affiliate of SACA are:
1) Members of the Association,
2) Members of the Controlling Bodies in the State or Territory in which the person is domiciled.
2. All dogs must be pure bred gundogs and be registered with SACA or Registered Body.
3. All Trials will be conducted in accordance with the ANKC Retrieving and Field Trials Rules and Regulations. A copy of these will be available
at the fixture.
Club conditions:
1. No competitor or spectator to return to the trial grounds after the trials.
2. Competitors will be required to act as Gun or Games Stewards in the events which they are entered.
3. Gun Licence/Shooters Licence details are required on all entry forms.
4. The Committee reserves the right to remove any competitor or spectator by law or any other means from the Trial areas or campsite who
is clearly disruptive to the Members and/or participants.
All protests shall be immediately lodged, in writing, with the Trial Manager or Trial Secretary, accompanied by
a $20 deposit which will be refunded unless the members of the Retrieving and Field Trials committee deem the
protest to be frivolous, in which case the deposit will be retained.

Hi Jean, is this a Noice Retrieving Trial stake or a Novice Retrieving Ability Test stake? Or both?
