CLOSE OF ENTRIES FOR THE DOGS SA STATE RETRIEVING CHAMPIONSHIPS EXTENDED - NEW CLOSING DATE AUGUST 6TH

It is hoped that this will allow time for the current border restrictions between SA and other states to be eased enough to allow for interstate entries and the contracted judge to travel to SA.

The RAFT Advisory Committee is currently meeting weekly to assess all the changes and is deferring any decision on cancellation of the event until next weeks announcements on any changes to the current restrictions.

Last night the SA RAFT Advisory Committee unanimously voted to cancel the 2021 SA State Retrieving Championships. After much discussion the decision was made to cancel and not just postpone the event to a later date. Thank you to those that had offered to judge, steward, and organise the event and thank you to those competitors that entered. To all our interstate friends stay safe and we hope to see you in 2022.
