Results - LRCV Retrieving Trial 2nd & 3rd September

We were lucky enough to be given the opportunity to run the trial of the property of Bronwyn McFadden, the property had recently been inundated with floods which had filled up a number of areas that allowed us to utilize areas of the property in different ways – thank you so much Bronwyn for your hospitality over the weekend.

Our thanks also to the Gippsland Retrieving Club for the use of their guns and inserts which enabled the trial to proceed using firearms.

The weather gods were kind to over the weekend, both days started with fog, Sunday being the worst delaying the start of the trial but once the fog lifted the days were stunning. Entries for the weekend were excellent and our thanks to all that entered, change of judge on the Saturday had Kate Eltringham judging both Novice and Restricted – thanks to all of the competitors who assisted over the weekend. Special thanks to all of our judges who give them time so graciously to allow us all to compete.
