STATE UTILITY GUNDOG FIELD TRIAL CHAMPIONSHIP

To be held under the Rules and Regulations of Dogs Victoria, Retrieving and field Trial committee. A copyof the Rules and Regulations may be inspected at the office of Dogs Victoria..

Entries close and must be in the hands of the Trial Secretary Mrs Vicki Thomas, PO Box 70, Nar Nar Goon, 3812 by Thursday 7th June, 2018.

A CHAMPIONSHIP Stake is a stake confined to dogs that have in any Novice or Open or all Age Stake in a Utility Gundog Trial have been placed first or second, or win a Certificate of Merit. All dogs entered in a championship Stake must have previously won some championship points.

Nominations of dogs other than Field Trial champions will be accepted only where information of at least one placing as referred to in the above conditions of qualification on entry is declared on the ENTRY FORM. Particulars of information required should include date, venue and type of stake won or placed in. The Retrieving and field Trial Committee reserves the right to cancel the stake and refund all entry fees in the event of conditions being considered unfavourable or other reasons.

NOTE: All handlers of dogs in competition will be required to present a current Shooters Licence at the time of vetting to be eligible to compete.
GENERAL CONDITIONS :
Prior to entry, dogs must be registered or leased to present ownership, direct with Dogs Victoria or the home state controlling body.
Bitches in oestrum are not permitted on the trial site. All dogs on the site must be on a leash unless competing or in a designated exercise area.
Additional judges may be appointed.
Residents of Victoria must be financial members of Dogs Victoria to exhibit or judge. Membership expires on December 31 each year.
PLEASE NOTE : Only competing dogs will be permitted on the grounds. Competitors are advised that they must hold a current Victorian Game licence endorsed to hunt Quail.
